CONDITIONS OF USE LIMITED WARRANTY
FBody Performance, Inc. d/b/a TPI Parts, will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures, or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation, lost time, or other costs incurred due to the failure of a product. In the even of a problem or defective product, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving them so long as they have not been altered, modified, or disassembled. Products must be in the same condition they were received in. You must return the exact item you received, refunds will not be issued for sending back a 'similar' or 'equivalent' product. Any item that is returned and in our opinion was damaged due to improper installation will not be eligible for a refund. It is the buyers responsibility to cover return shipping costs, and any other shipping expense the buyer may incur. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be part of the refunded amount. We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Before returning any item, contact us and let us know that a return is being made. If you receive a wrong item or there is a problem with your order and the mistake is ours, we will gladly cover any shipping charges necessary to correct the problem.
Most orders usually ship within 1 business day. Small packages typically ship via USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage. Large and medium packages ship via UPS Ground. Orders shipping via truck freight can ship with a variety of carriers.
International customers, please contact us for shipping avialability/pricing before ordering.
We accept credit card payments through Paypal. Paypal payments may be sent to sales@tpiparts.net.
We will warranty our products to be in good working condition for a period of 30 days after delivery of the product. If a product fails to function as intended, we will at our discretion either exhange or refund the item. Product must be returned before a replacement is sent or a refund is issued.
Engines, transmissions, and differentials come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty coverage starts on the day the order is delivered. Warranty covers any parts that fail during the warranty period. Labor, lost time, and other related costs are not covered. Warranty is void if the product is disassembled, altered, or modified in any way. There is no warranty for products used in racing or similar abusive applications.
Any and all information supplied to us will be kept confidential, and will be used only to process and ship your order. We will never share, release, or sell your personal information.
