Starting Jan 1st, 2007, all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of order processing.
We will not accept returns on items that have been used or installed. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Returned items must also be in the original packaging and in new, resellable condition. No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns on sensors, proms, other electrical components, custom harnesses, harness conversions, special order (please see special order policy) or drop ship items, or items not normally carried in stock. Any item that is returned and in our opinion was either used or installed will not be eligible for a refund. It is the buyers responsibility to cover return shipping costs, and any other shipping expense the buyer may incur. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be part of the refunded amount. We are not responsible for return items that are mailed out and lost or damaged in transit.
Some non-GM parts may fall under our Special Order Policy because they ship from the manufacturer directly to the customer. Many of these products are custom, or built to order, and we may be unable to cancel, change or refund an order once it has been placed with the manufacturer. Contact us for details, as this may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Before returning any item, contact us via email and let us know that a return is being made. If you receive a wrong item or there is a problem with your order and the mistake is ours, we will gladly cover any shipping charges necessary to correct the problem.
